Efficient and trusting communication is at the heart of our cooperation. We can help with data protection-related
changes as well as with the planning of new operational procedures and processes.

1 offer

With an individual and detailed offer, we ensure transparency.

2. Confirmation

After successful contract negotiations and the order, we take over.

3. Implementation

We start the development and implementation of the new data protection concept.

The legally required written appointment of the data protection officer has taken place. Here we go.
Your external data protection officer first carries out a data protection audit. Then staff training follows. Service or company agreements are drawn up. Your individual data protection manual will be created. The development of data protection-related knowledge begins.
This is always preceded by an offer. We work this out for the new client as soon as we know the individual requirements – the size of the company, the number of employees and other individual factors. We will carry out the necessary clarifications by telephone. We will discuss fundamental questions about data protection and your individual ideas.
This serves to give us an overview of future support and advice for your company. Once our offer is accepted, we start work.

OUR WORK PROCESS

1. The starting point

Your future data protection officer first makes an appointment for a kick-off meeting. Before the appointment, you will receive both the certificate with which you formally appoint our data protection officer and the contract that is concluded with the German Society for Data Protection.

The documents are signed during the kick-off meeting. This is how we lay the foundation for our cooperation together. Now your employees, business partners and customers can contact your external data protection officer.

2. Lay the foundation

At the beginning there is the actual analysis of the client. That is why we first carry out a data protection audit. This helps us identify vulnerabilities.

In the following we will create the public directory of procedures, which will be one of the cornerstones of your future transparency. In this document, we describe which personal data is processed and how.

As a result, the data protection officer addresses the obligation of your employees to data secrecy. We inform your employees about the legal basis of data protection: The German Society for Data Protection provides you with online training and is present. All external persons who are involved in the processing of personal data are identified and obliged to comply with data protection regulations. After that, your commitment will be made visible through your new privacy policy.

Your employees are involved in setting up the data protection structure right from the start. You will be involved in the entire process.

3. Your company in focus

Once the basic data protection basis has been laid, the external data protection officer of the German Society for Data Protection can go into a more detailed examination and set up or expand the documentation.

A review of all data protection-related procedures follows. This requires research into internal workflows and processes. Interviews are conducted with selected employees. Relevant premises (server rooms, etc.) are inspected and documents and contracts are inspected. After evaluating the information collected, recommendations and improvement measures are proposed and accompanied.

Your external data protection officer works with your employees to draw up the necessary process directories. He advises on the data protection impact assessments to be carried out. Finally, a data protection manual is created, in which both the processes are described and all guidelines, service instructions and data protection concepts are illustrated.

4. Continuous improvement

Our goal is the continuous support and support of our  clients.

Our focus is now on the constant improvement of data protection for our clients, the implementation of annually recurring data protection audits, but also on the monitoring of their processors.
